Since I missed my MRI at the beginning of the month, and I cancelled my other Drs appointment for Thursday. I figured things would be easy peasy ☺️ HA!

Everything has been rescheduled! So I have to call medical transportation. (Help me) ok so I call, hit the numbers, on hold... Pretty sure it's Beethoven's 5th, doing the chair dance. Please hold, blah blah! Click 😨 what the?

Again! Help me! Please hold... Beethoven's 5th... crossing my fingers this time... Click! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!😡

3times the charm, right? Please help me! The MRI is in 2wks. 😭 Finally!!! Yes!!! Talking to someone!!!

I can't make the MRI appointment ride because I have to have some form filled out by my neuro.😐

Hope you all are having a better day than I am!🤣😂 Cause I'm tossing my hands in the air and dancing like I don't care!!!🤣

I'm having a crap day as well.

yesterday I was supposed (key word supposed) to have my mammogram breast ultrasound and bone density test done. The night b4 the test someone from the office called at 530pm after the dr office closed to tell me I cant get the bone test cuz it didnt have the diagnosis on it and I would have to pay for it if i did the exam anyway . I asked why didnt he say something b4 now the dr office closed I could have called the dr office to get the order corrected . he had the order for over a month plus he could have called me when the dr office was open and could have had the corrected order sent over .

i called the dr office to talk to one of her nurses but the operator sent the message to to the wrong dr so i had to call back and have my call sent to the right dr

fast forward 2 the day of the appoint which was at 7am so i went to the appointment and checked in for my appointments . i go sit to sit down in the waiting room to wait to be called back for the exam. The person who checked me in comes over and tells me that my breast exam was scheduled a month too early and i would have to reschedule it but i could still get my bone test at 9am and wait around for the new order for the exam . I told her I wanted to reschedule everything.

After leaving the center I called the dr office to have them send the order over so it could be there t my next appointment. The operator told me that the order had the diagnosis on it and the operator I talked to the day before could have sent the order that night. I told the operator that I was never told that. She also told me that the order was in my patient portal and I could have printed it out and taken it with me which i didn't know that

Ugh!!! Don't you love that? They always wait till the last min to tell you anything... Then expect you to fix it all on the fly!😔🤗💕🌠

How frustrating, I can just feel the ms starting to boil! Our doctors are just as bad, when you get through they tell you they are fully booked, call back tomorrow, to which I say, but I am poorly now, to which they reply, phone back tomorrow, so I end up telling them to have a nice day, or words to that effect. 😡🤬

I spent all day on the phone! It was nuts! 😭 And they just emailed me back to say that they set up my ride. 😔😭 So I can't use my cab co. 😡 🤔 Your supposed to predict that your sick 2days before your sick, so next time just call a week before, and tell them your going to be sick on Wednesday!🤣😂🤗💕🌠

I love the graphic here! I wish it were a poster that I could tape to the back of my bedroom door as a perfect reminder of my quirky, frustrating MS. As for the music played to annoy us while we are (endlessly) on hold, one memorable instance treated me to that oldie standard, Slow Boat to China, the most appropriate selection ever, in my opinion.

I go to the VA and while I do get seen on time, the length of time between visits is often 3 + months. I am deteriorating faster than the time between visits...and when the visit is 15 minutes...rarely longer.... I might as well not go.

I have seriously considered not going unless I was having an emergency since I live 90 miles from the VA that does work so well with me when it must. I think I have had a 40 minute visit one time or so in the past 6 mos. I am really not complaining, as I know I can walk in and be seen fairly quickly. However, what I really, really need is someone knowledgeable enough about SPMS I can ask if a particular or new physical or mental situation is not worrying or if it is!

It is frustrating.

Hi Comoesta I can feel your frustration. I really do. I think that is something we all ask ourselves, how do we know if this physical or mental situation is something to worry about or not. ? Weather it's SPMS, RMS or PPMS The only person that can truly answer that are your Drs. I'm afraid.

Dr has to fill out form email it to med transport. Then approved by them.😐 Then I can call back and arrange my ride. They do it all the time. It's just a whole lot of BS!🤣 🤗💕🌠
