Start doing things that make you remember and really exercise your brain. Learn a new skill, relearn old ones. Read more, that should be a good start.
🤗🤗🤗 Tulip77 memory game's... ? Writing things down a few times helps me also. Oh and my favorite saying " help me not forget the .... door" and I put the word in that I don't want to forget!😁🤗💕🌠
Cognitive issues are one of the symptoms that cause me the most grief. I've been taking alpha lipoic acid to prevent brain volume loss after reading up about it and talking it over with my PCP. I don't know that it helps directly with those problems, but it may delay them getting worse.

I like doing crossword puzzles, doing the math to make a quilt, getting some exercise, and things like that. I know there are puzzles and games online to help challenge us and keep us sharp, too.

Don't worry, it gets to a point where you just forget about it! Along with everything else!Seriously, exercise helps me. So is that why: I've always been bad at spelling, and there is little exercise in typing at a keyboard, trying to keep those red underlines from constantly coming up? Since this site does not autocorrect, thankfully?, because I often think of that as auto incorrect. ... I swore I typed it right, then it was automatically re-entered by the computer auto incorrect incorrectly.
Have you had a neuropsych do testing? It's not scary or bad. The worst part is it takes several hours. You can ask your neuro about it.
