Was going to dinner at Sandpiper Restaurant but my date canceled 😔. My buddies son is doing a big dinner and going to drop off a plate for me, so that’s nice ☺️ Me and the furbabies 👍🙏😊🐾🐾🐾🐾

Sorry about the cancelled date but, I have to admit, staying home and being delivered a home cooked meal sounds pretty darn awesome! Safer, too. Enjoy. I hope you have a delicious and peaceful day!

We'll probably bring a meal over to my mother in law, and spend a couple of hours with her before we head back home.

I keep asking if they have anything with turkey in it - the answer is always "No."

It will be a strange year. Normally, the boys would be here with their families. Instead, this time we may get a socially distanced drive by peek at the baby from the one who lives closest. We will FaceTime with the other. No traditional turkey for us this year, either. Too much work. Instead, my husband is planning on making us lasagna (is it called lasagna when you use noodles other than lasagna noodles?), garlic bread, and salad (a delightful mix we get from Costco). We may watch the parade on tv.
