Beloved family. "YOU" have Relapsing-Remitting ms(RRms) NOW. "YOU" will have it until there is no brain activity and your heart has stopped. SLOW DOWN, take some time and adjust to your newer normal. Things "WILL change now and later. Be ready for it and find ways to adjust when it happens, for it WILL. This is an illness that will push "YOU" and torment "YOU whenever it can. "YOU" and I must always keep adapting. Remind me of this when Trigeminal Neuralgia comes hitting my face again. Always adapt, expect and anticipate that RRms may attack something new. Do not fret and worry about it, have plans in place for if something MAY happen. Wear your protective underwear in case, it may not but it may, so just in case.

I always wear my protective underwear on long trips. I have yet to really call them to duty. However, on a number of occasions, I have regretted not having them! I now know that it's better safe than sorry. Keep Smiling, Royce
