As reported by some of our Community members last week, HealthUnlocked were made aware of an issue last Thursday involving the Notifications tab (the one with the "bell" icon) not working correctly. Even though HU Support implemented a fix later that evening, some users are still having the same issue.

At the request of HU Support - if you are still having issues with Notifications on your profile, **** please email support@healthunlocked.com with the answers to the following questions **** so they can replicate the issue and help fix more quickly:

1) What device are you using? (eg: tablet, iPhone, Windows desktop/laptop computer, etc.)

2) What web browser are you using to view HealthUnlocked? (eg: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.)

3) Are you using the HealthUnlocked app?

4) Is this issue consistent or intermittent?

5) Does the counter work? (on the Notifications bell icon)

6) Is this issue only occurring when someone replies to your post? Does this issue happen when someone mentions you in a post?

Thank you for being patient as HU works on this issue,

- John, MSAA
