I'll be watching this post in hope that others have more ideas. I've been struggling with it for a few months. Dramamine is the only thing that seems to help with the accompanying nausea. I mainly try to be sure I'm steady before walking. If not, I use the rollator.

I must agree... Taking the Dramamine, making sure you are steady before trying to walk off,and using the Rollator (since you can always sit down on it),or having your Fur Baby help you are the best things I have found to help.i grow worry of kissing the floor! And, whatever you do, stay off a step stool or a ladder!🥴 Good luck as you stay safe and blessed.

It's also a good idea to let your doctor know about this symptom, especially if it's a new one. He/she might be able to determine the cause. If it's caused by BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), for example, there are exercises to help with that.

I was diagnosed with BPPV a number of years ago. I followed a few exercises and it did help me, MScosquiyitas Let your medical professional know of this symptom as soon as possible! :-D

All I know is Meclizine. Take 1 every 4-6 hours. I always keep it close by.
