I like nature I find a tree go follow a crevice in the tree as long as you can 5 seconds or five min do nothing but follow the crevices or the lines of your favorite picture or object this works wonders in calming the mind these techniques work on focus and the only thought in my head to follow the crevices in the tree bark remember 5 sec or or 5 min just try
Thanks for the suggestion but for me I would end up doing something else because I have a short attention span. This is why I was always in trouble when I was younger
