It's finally coming. Did everyone change their clocks?
All my best,

I did change my clock or better yet they changed themselves ie my iPad computer and cellphone and dvr
Yes, a bit begrudgingly.
Why begrudgingly?
Leslie
I always feel a little put out by the changes since I see no benefit, but do see many down sides.
Yes, changed the ones that needed to be last night. Everthing else did it on it's own
As I've aged, the time change is always very difficult. As has become usual for me, I couldn't fall asleep, then kept waking, had a mild migraine...and now I expect to stumble through my day. I don't quite understand how this happens because it's just an hour, not like jet lag, but it's real.
I understand how you feel. I hope your day gets better.
Leslie
Thank you, Leslie. I'll probably sleep well tonight. I'll take a benadryl at bedtime because I've been flushing pollen out of my nose, throat and eyes...since red maples are blooming, the tulip poplars budding and other trees are also waking up, which means my respiratory allergies are firing on all cylinders. You name it and if it can be airborne, I'll react. This is NOT to be construed as complaint, merely a fact of life. But when I was a child, it got me out of household chores like dusting, and carpet beating ....so it's not all bad!
Yes i cannot wait!
a yes, can't figure out why we still do this!I read a medical report that states, heart attacks and strokes go up 4x the normal on the monday after the time change, another reason to stop this.
