That's gorgeous. Signs of spring brings hope eternal, blessings Jimeka π¦ π π· π»πΉ πΊ πΈ
Morllyn that's absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately I think we're a bit of a drought here in Florida and we have nothing beautiful in bloom at least in our yard
That's sad about the drought, our area of California was in drought for so many years. It's nice to see green lawns and know we may not have water restrictions this year. Hope you get some nice spring rains soon.. not big storms.
It's night time here so I will look tomorrow and post you a picture, snowdrops and crocuses have gone, daffodils, tulips, frittalia, muscari camellias are all in flower. Star of David, purple hyacinths, and quite a few others but it's so wet there are lots of dandelions among them all. The rose trees have broken out in leaf, so spring has definitely made an appearance here in the uk, I forgot the primula and cow slips are out. Anyway will try and get a picture tomorrow if it's not raining, blessings Jimeka π¦ π
Now you are just showing off! Just kidding. I could never remember all those names!
Sorry, I forgot that it was night there jimeka .
There are night bloomers though, like Night Shade.
Morilyn, it's Fancy1959! No fair, your growing season is obviously weeks ahead of mine! The only thing I have blooming are my daffodils. Even my redbuds are just starting to budd out! I'll check back in in a couple of weeks! But seriously, your landsscaping is lovely! Do you want to come to Kentucky and help me with mine?
Thank you!
My husband and I did all that years ago. I could not do it all now. They are all perennials, so beside putting new mulch and some fertilizer in the Spring and cutting back a little dead in the Fall, it isn't to hard to care for. Then, of course, there is weeding, not to much though.
I do so wish we could post more pictures. I just rearranged a half wine barrel with Blooming gerbera daisies on one side and gladiolas on the other side, they will be pink and yellow when they bloom. Loving the spring weather and it's helping me stay up and on my feet more regardless of the numbness and tingling. Almost forgot I have MS for a little while today!
Morllyn
Wow! What a yard to be proud of! I have a small shot of pink snow crocuses blooming and that;s alll!
You guys all still stink!π I'm just happy it's not going to rain todayπ and it's above 50*.
It truly is a beautiful yard Morllyn l love it!

Morllyn your flowers are beautiful and give me hope of what is to come. Right now the ground is still covered with snow here (Maine), and we may get a few more inches Fri./Sat.
I love our 4 seasons but winter lasts a bit too long for my tastes. I guess that makes me appreciate the other 3 seasons even more!
Maine is a beautiful state. My husband and I visited it a few years ago. Spring will come and it will be beautiful.
Where in Maine bavery207 ? My family and l used to spend summers in Kennybunk, when l was a kid.π

Jesmcd2 I live in a small town called Milford, which is just a bit north of Bangor or Orono (home of U Maine), about 170 mi. northeast of Kennebunk. Hope you enjoyed our beautiful state!
That's lovely x
That is lovely. Can you come landscape my yard? My yard is wild and scraggly!
Noooo! Ha ha. We are cutting back on the flowers and gardens that need constant attention. My husband is 72 and I am 62 and, with both of us having disabilities, we are not able to keep them looking good. The whole back yard used to be vegetable gardens but now it is mostly grass, or will be by the end of this year.
Beautiful!!!
Wishing I could create something like your front yard. Your's is just beautiful!
Your front yard is beautiful! It makes me think of the yard that I miss in the house I sold in December. (It had become too much for me to take care of.)
Beautiful yard and garden, Morllyn . My pink camellia and flowering cherry tree are in bloom, and the first of the rhododendrons are starting to flower. The nearly 200 tulip and narcissus bulbs my husband dug holes for last fall are still coming up. The garden is just starting to wake up here. Thanks for the photo!π
Forgot to ask... Morllyn , is that creeping phlox? And the white rock (I think that's rock), are you able to walk on that? We have pea gravel and some drainage rock in areas of our yard, but I have a hard time walking on them. I'm looking for something to 'line' a path that is MS friendly.
Very pretty, love to have a nice yard but I do items not flowers....U know like bird paths bird houses...
