Very common symptom.

That’s very common and is called Lhermitte’s sign. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this.

It say that I ever did until you brought it up. I've learned something today, It goes to prove we can learn a lot from each other when we least expect it. Fancy.

I have a slightly different version. it shoots down both arms when moving head downward, clears in a few seconds.

I use to have it early in my dx but it has gone away. I made this same comment about a constant itch in my inner ear a couple weeks ago and low and behold it has come back. So let’s see if this does too.

When I look down, my legs feel electrified. It use to be just my left, but now it’s my right too. Annoying but not painful and not all the time. I always feel like it’s my MS reminding me that it’s still present. Same with the Trigeminal neuralgia.

Does anyone know a good way to stop it when it happens?

They prescribed steroids back when I was first diagnosed.

It took care of it.

Yep. Had it years ago when I was first diagnosed, but haven’t had in a while.

It’s called L’hermittes. I had it for 2 months a few relapses ago. I think it’s more common with spinal MS.

The electric shots don't last long but right after that my head hurts and I have to lay down and I am usually done for the day or if lucky just an hour. Anyone one have head pain like that too?

That was one of my first symptoms. I have since found out it's called Lhermitte's sign.

It was my worst problem with MS to date.

I hope you get relief.
