Feldenkrais method?

In past two weeks I took some yoga lessons with a new teacher and she spends the first 45-60min with "Feldenkrais". It's like taking a trip inside your body and also focusing on your breath. The remaining time was spent on traditional yoga (ashtanga primary series).

It's been amazing to me and made me feel light like a feather, with all pain gone.

Give it a try if you get a chance. it might work for you too.

We did Feldenkreis and progressive muscle relaxation while I was at a neuro-rehab clinic in Germany. I found it very helpful.
