MS life with normal things...like the life

I enjoy each peaceful non pain moment...now I go to bed whem "I" need to..not according to others whims of what I should or should not.I agree with my retired doc that..Im a Practising doctor..practicing on you!Ive learned..each are different when I wish I had 5 answers the same to make some sense or control...I can control some situations but I cannot say where this is or is not going. Each day so full, I miss you all....I pray for all in illness of anykind and those around you all to have compassion. You dont have to understand an illness to love and listen. When there is no one else and from the start...Jesus has always been there.that is in no way a judgement for others just for me.You all have shared such love, sorrow the load of life and the joy of life. The most well rounded group I know.we share each others joy and sorrows...thank you

jackiesj Yes, sweet girl, we are here for you and as our friendships grow, we do become what I like to say is, "We become family that we get to choose!" Finding even a few "Just for you" moments can be like getting an hour's nap. I have a sweet little book called "what to read when...." and it gives you suggested Bible pages to read & lift your spirits. 💕💕

So true and I think MS should be known as the disease that teaches you to learn how to say NO, and not feel badly for doing so.

carolek572 Thank you for the sweet acknowledgement. Even before I was diagnosed, I was able to pray with my pastor. He gave me the strength to just "Give it to God, for he has a plan." It sure helps me remain optimistic. Through all the beginning testing, etc, I always thought, "Well, it could be worse!"

I love your approach, CalfeeChick Reminds me of this saying that has been attributed to Bruce Lee ~ 'Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one'.

Keep Smiling, my friend,

Carole :-D
