Has anybody tried Cranial Sacral therapy?

Just curious if you got any benefit out of it. I know it's recommended for fibromyalgia. I'm not looking for any specific "fix", just part of the overall care for my body.

yes I have. 3 sessions. did not notice any effects. neither positive or negative
