Have u talked to your dr? It maybe time to switch meds especially if it’s not working

How long have you been on Rituxan? It seems, because of the mode of action, that it can take a few doses before changes can be noticed. Many folks on this forum are using its close relative, Ocrevus, and all have different responses as far as timing of any improvements. Of course, DMTs are designed to slow progression and prevent relapses, though many have seen actual improvement.

I hope your stress level goes down, as it definitely can have a big effect on our MS. Let us know how you're doing.
