My wife of forty one years at the age of sixty one passed away yesterday morning 😭. I am so lost, mad, emotional, and wondering WHY 🤷🏼‍♂️. Thanks to all of you for being here so I can vent 😖😩😣😭🙏🐾🐾. Ken

Ken I am so sorry for your loss. To be blessed with someone decades & then suddenly not there it seems unfair. If you want to ‘talk’ feel free to message me. I was at the losing end 13 years ago and it is still a rough time of year although spring is beautiful.

You lost your wife at the same time my uncle lost his wife of 30 years. My cousin posted a picture of her & her mom in remembrance not realizing it’s been 2 years since her passing.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my mom 11 years ago from a massive heart attack at 68. To loose someone you love very much who you are close to suddenly is hard and a shock. I also lost my mom's mom my grandmother right before my mom with -in that year. It was a very sad time for me. Sudden loose takes a long time to work through.

Ken, after being married for 41 years your wife will never be far from you. She's as close as a thought away and I want you to look for her until you recogniźe her signs that she's sitting on your shoulder being your own personal guardian angel!

When you've had a hard day and you are exhausted and totally spent and don't think you can actually make it to the chair 15 feet away. Suddenly a cool breeze crosses your brow and refreshes you and you safely make it to your chair. That breeze is your wife's sweet breath, refreshing you and making sure you are okay and can make it to your Haven of Rest.

When you have been lost in indecision not being able to figure out a problem or finding the exact right way to approach a problem and you are frustrated beyond belief and ready to give up on ever solving the Dilemma. Then out of the blue and answer comes clearly, quickly, and precisely deals with the problem in a way that will be the best possible outcome for yourself, it is your wife Whispering into your ear her Sage advice and different ways of looking at something and best figuring out your dilemma.

When you are exhausted beyond belief and sitting in the dim of Twilight feeling the weight of your loss crushing your shoulders. And your soul is crying for companionship of your wonderful wife, but her chair is empty as your life. When suddenly you feel a gentle squeeze around your shoulders. You feel somehow some way that a presence is near you that is giving you companionship and helping to lift the crushing weight from your shoulders, it is your wife loving you that she has loved you for forever whole life together still there by your side.

Remember she is never farther away then your thoughts. Think about the good years and think about the happiness you shared together and when you think of her, smile. I hope you smile often and understand she is as close as a thought away and always there with you in your memories of the joyous life you shared together. Nothing can take away your grief Ken, but no she is ever near and over time she will help to heal you. She will be waiting for you at the end of your time here on Earth but she has told me she doesn't want you to rush she'll wait as long as she has to. She'll always be at the end of your tunnel just look for the light and you will find your precious wife. Fancy.

I am so sorry Kenu. I don't have the words to express its. I actually look at my husband when he's sleeping and make sure he's breathing. Not sure how I will go on if something happens. For now all you can do is grieve. Then you can reflect on your life together and eventually you will be able to move on with her as a part of you versus with you.

I urge you to go to grief class or group, if you can physically get there. I did when I went thru a similar loss and it helped me quite abit. Contact a nearby church to see if they have one or know of a group that offers one. The group setting is very beneficial, plus I met some very nice people. Being with others undergoing loss and grieving can help. Praying for you.
