This bird is a Curved Bill Thrasher-native to Arizona where I live and one of my favorite birds. He or she always is around when I’m having a bad day-not feeling well, sad, upset, stressed, mad, whatever is going on..then suddenly I hear him chirping outside. It’s special!

It does you good mentally I think to have a connection with any creature of nature. If the bird makes you feel good and brings some pleasure into your life then enjoy. I have an English Robin named Freddie, he brings me the same pleasure. In the world of ms, anything that brightens your day is a plus. Great photo, blessings Jimeka 👍
Thanks Jimeka! That’s true! I like the name for your Robin friend-How Cute! Curvie is the name of my bird friend since it’s part of what he is anyway...Lol.
nicoly3467 Thank you for sharing your beautiful photo and wonderful story. Isn't it amazing that it is the little things in life that bring us such happiness. I agree with you in that this little guys tries his best to cheer you up in the times that you need it. I hope that he brings you many songs for a long time, my friend! I found the song of a curved bill thrasher on youtube. What a glorious song bird.
Carole-thanks for your nice comments and video. My Curvies seem to only do a two word chirp- “twit twit”. I haven’t heard them do this pretty song though.
