Siri just said that it is currently 28 degree Fahrenheit here but it supposed to get really cold in the next few days. 🥶

Indiana is about the same. All the schools are closed today through Thursday. My husbands work is closed Wed. and Thurs. (I wish mine was...)

Yesterday a lot of schools were closed here. I'm guessing they will probably close tomorrow and Thursday but they will prob wait till the last minute like they usually do, or late at night.

Just asked Siri today about the outside temperature ~ it is currently a balmy 18 degrees Fahrenheit. No snow right now but it is expected to snow here this afternoon. It's Winter, after all!

I'm in Suffern, NY and it is a chilly 20 degrees Fahrenheit. It suppose to get colder as the week goes. Ugh!

It hit 40 at lunch time, beautiful sunshine all day, but not even Razor would stay out in it. It has now dropped to 30*f tonight. I am staying in doors, the ms does not like cold weather. Roll on spring. ❄️

No, we're open. I'm an insurance agent and people always need help. I just rush as fast as I'm able to - without wiping out - to the building or the car.

I was an adjuster for 25 years, multi-line. Mainly anything with a motor, then liability, and some home. I went out in all kinds of weather, especially fatalities Loved my job 👍😊. Ken 🐾🐾

I went out yesterday to a pub in 4F temps. My will to eat French onion soup with a Guinness cannot be stopped by mere weather!

Today,we're getting more snow and I will not be out in it.

Thanks for the update Kenu 😒 it's still sunny out! And it still LIES!! It froze the hot water in the shower, and when the maintenance guy defrosted it, he broke the pipe! 😂🤣😂 This is not my fault! I left the water dripping!!!

Just got a call from my dad in Oregon...he is 2 hours behind us, so you can imagine my thoughts when he calls and it’s only 4:30 where he is. So he asks me if we were buried in snow. We are having frigid temps but no snow. Apparently the whole Northeast all the way to Florida is getting hammered? Is this the case?

I the little town I live in in North Dakota it is currently -21 with a wind chill of -41. Today's high is going to be -12. Tonight's low is forcast to be -35 with a wind chill of near -60.

What do you use for heat? 🦋

We live in a rural area so we use propane, we have a 500 gallon tank in our yard that is hook up to our furnace. When we need it to be refilled we call our local propane company and they come and fill the tank. Most people use natural gas, some heating oil. Staying warm indoors is not a problem. But we still have to go to work, school, shopping we still have to do the everyday things the cold makes it harder but you learn to deal with it. We plug our cars in so they don't freeze up (no they are not electric) we use tank heaters or soft plug heaters to keep the engine warm.

I can remember when I was in Alberta in Fort Mcmurray, it would get down to -45 at night, and the truck was constantly plugged in. Having 2 sets of keys when you went shopping to leave your car plugged in and running when it was super cold. I hope that it warms up soon for you, stay warm, blessings Jimeka 🦋

It's on the west side half way between the north & south borders. It's on U.S. Hwy 71. We are located in Ouachita National Forest. I love it here. I have pine and tall oak trees all over the property. I don't have to go anywher to "get away from it all" cuz I already am away from it all. It's like camping only I have all the conviences of home since my moble home sits between the trees! I am just 8 minutes from town and 2 hours from Hot Springs or Fort Smith and 3 1/2 hours from Little Rock (without traffic).

We stayed in all day & made the cat stay in too! He's not a happy camper!! We are! Hope every one else stayed warm, news said the official temp was -1 around 4 pm I think it was.
