Good link. Here are the most important stats in this link for Rituxan:

- percent of patients free from any new MRI lesions: 92.6% in the RRMS group and 82% in the PMS group.

- No evidence of disease activity (NEDA) was achieved in 74% of patients at 1 year of treatment

(Ocrevus operates the same way as Rituxan and is 100% human-based. This is why it is now used over Rituxan).

This is not 100% but this should provide good hope to all of us.

Rituxan is still used by neuros who are waiting for Ocrevus to "prove" itself and when transferring Tysabri patients who have their patients have their JCV level rise and when PCPs who are trying to keep costs down. I believe that over time Ocrevus will be used as the preferred choice even in these matters. I don't know of any other DMT that achieves NEDA is such a short time in treatment.

I achieved NEDA after 3 years of treatment, but that is only because that was when my MRI was taken after I started treatment.

Thanks you for your reply and giving a short summary. I love my Rituxan treatments.

That's great news for everyone! Thanks for posting that!

thank you erash for the link. Great information. I like the stats showing that 74% of patients at 1 year of treatment achieved NEDA. I am hopeful that Ocrevus will show better results.
