Well here I am trying to sleep but the rain is pouring down out side. This weather is unbelievable it has been raining I think every weekend. I don’t think Mother Nature knows what to do. Here it comes it is pouring rain.
It is in the sixties tomorrow the wind is going to be strong 60 mph and then it’s going to be cold. Well I hope you will have good weather where ever you are.
I can't sleep either. I'm stressed and I have so many thoughts running around this big head of mine. 😕

Hi this is ssdw1958 right now It’s about 11:00 am Saturday my husband went off to work at 6 am I was awake but I fell back to sleep after he left, oh my I slept for 5 hours I woke up with a headache. I truly do not like this feeling if you know what I mean. Well I do need to get moving.

I have had a lot of trouble going to sleep, and staying asleep lately. Combination of stress, and worry, I think. Remember, this is the weekend where we in the Northeast, turn back our clocks!

Hi Carole I had better put a reminder note because I will forget to change my clocks ⏰. Maybe I will get more sleep. But the thing is I was back to getting a little bit more sleep. Then it stopped. Oh brother just got another spam call but this one they ask if my older son is home then they hang up. Some times I think it’s some one trying to see if anyone’s at home. Because I have gotten that call before.

Unless you know who is calling, do not answer. Many calls are made simply to see if anyone is home, and they know when someone picks up. That tiny piece of info (when you will likely be home and answer the phone) is then recorded and sold to telemarketers to let them know when it is a good time to call. So, don't answer the phone, and eventually they will not call. It only took me 5 years, but I don't get too many calls ~ spoke too soon, I am getting a call from Jane Constantine right now. Do you know her ~ I do not, and she left no message.
On another note, the noise of rain falling outside usually lulls me to sleep. I think that I got a good night sleep last night, after I went to bed well past midnight because I didn't feel tired.

Thanks Carole last night was a crazy night when my husband works late i have a hard time falling asleep funny thing is about 12 mid night i felt better check the humidity and it dropped and i ended up cleaning out the dish washer and filling it up then washing the sink. '''finally fell asleep about 3 a.m. Now it's going to get dark at 4:30 p.m. that's going to really mess things up.. oh well i guess if that's all i have to worry about i guess i'm doing good.

Was raining here in Meridian Idaho yesterday and a cold front has blown in😖. Highs in the low 50’s and lows mid 30’s. I am still in my shorts with long sleeve top👍. I love the cooler weather but won’t be long till long pants 👖. No rain 🌧 today but back tomorrow and then clear for the next week 👍😉🙏🐾 Ken
Having strange weather here in the UK too. High winds not easy to drive in especially when I had to strain to keep eyes open as not sleeping well for quite some time now. Managed in the end though. 
Terrible thunderstorms here in Arkansas last night. Kept me awake for about an hour or so till it stopped. Regular rain will put me to sleep but the thunder & lightening still gives me a little scare as I grew up in So. CA & we didn't get much of that at all. As a matter of fact, the rain we would get in CA was more like sprinkles we get here in AR. But I would rather deal with a few thunderstorms here in AR than deal with the smog & traffic congestion in CA any day.
