Why specifically mesenchymal stem cells transplant? It's still very much in trial phases with only minimal evidence to date of clear benefits in MS. If you are really keen to try it I'd be looking to try and get registered with one of the clinical trial and not go paying bucket-loads of money for a "treatment" which is not yet proven. If you get onto a clinical trial it should not cost you any money - that's if it is a genuine trial and not just a sham trial. True clinical trials do not charge participants money - if people are told they need to pay "registration fees" or similar crap then your warning bells should be ringing loud and clear and you should run away as fast as you can.
HSCT has been showing positive results for quite a few people who've had it - especially if they are earlier in their disease course - the results are not so good with longer standing MS and higher disability levels. There are still various HSCT clinical trials being run in different places around the world but it is "commercially" available at vast cost through "medical tourism" in places like Russia and Mexico. The death rate is now down to about 1 in 200 so the odds are better than they used to be.
