Has anyone tried Reiki, Holistic energy. My brother sent me an article on it. Sounds very interesting, you can search Reiki and MS.

Sounds interesting 🤷🏼‍♂️. When I was in rehab for inpatient one of the nurses did this on me twenty five years ago and I had forgotten about it 🤷🏼‍♂️. I remember that it was way relaxing 😌 and was like meditation 🧘‍♀️. I think 💭 I’ll check it out again around here. Let us know if you decide to try it 👍🙏🐾 Ken

I have an appointment on Sept. 9th. The lady is coming to my house, I will update after, reading it on google very interesting. I have read that it may take more then one visit.

The place I go to for massages offers Reiki but I’ve always gravitated towards the massage. One of these times I will try it. Until then I hope you guys update this thread with your experiences. 😊

@carolek572 I went on the internet and just looked up Reiki and MS and a bunch of information came up. I want to try it just for energy. I have had RRMS 19 years, started using a walker 2 years ago, zero energy.
