I have been on Ocrevus Since May 2017, I wouldn't take Tysabri due to the high ppl risk due to my high JCV count. From my understanding the ppl cases that occcured were following the switching from Tysabri. The risk with Ocrevus is listed at 1 to Tysabri a 4. On a 1 to 4 scale.
