This was given to me in a box. It was in real sad shape. Needed frets and a complete refinishing. It's a1957 National Resophonic guitar.
This is how I keep from going insane. π

Craig, awesum! Tht's nice man !πππ»πππβ
CraigS , beautiful, nicely done! I used to play quite a bit. My fingers no longer cooperate and I let all my nice ones go a couple years ago. It was heartbreaking at the time. I had to switch up gears and now I focus on the harmonica. When I was going through a box of my music stuff I came across a harmonica that I had picked up on a trip to Chicago and decided it was to difficult. So I figured I had nothing but time so I got after it. I don't know where I would be without music in my life that's for sure.
I m with you on that. Iβve been playing guitar since I was 12. Now I can barely strum. My left hand is still functional, so I was actually thinking of taking up the fiddle. (The worst instrument to hear someone begin, I think)
Keep doing!
Craig
One if the reasons I have up on the harmonica years ago was even in another room with the door closed (my music room at the time) I was driving my girlfriend, at the time, completly nuts. Lol so it was pretty awful and I just threw it on a box... lol... now I live alone and it really didn't matter and it was good it didn't! I listen back on some of my early recordings and scratch my head on how I even considered it good enough to record! π
Very cool! I have players in my family but no builders. You do awesome work! Are you a collector or a seller as well?
I hate to sell em. So I guess Iβm collecting. I have too many now, so thereβs always room for more. π€£
That is great you have the ability to do that and enjoy it also πππΎπ Ken
Wow, Craig! You have a real talent! Iβm in awe!
