New thing

I lay in bed last night and realized my arms and hands were tingling. It reminds me of when I was first diagnosed and my legs and feet were tingling. Hopefully in 4 years my hands won't be hurting like my feet do now... (sigh)

Get a good massage. It will work wonders for how you feel. It's not a permanent fix, but going once a month is wonderful for that numbness and tingling.

I get the pins and needles tingling almost on a daily basis. From the waist down on a usual episode and sometimes in my face and teeth on days when it really is mad at me. It's not quite as sevear as it has been in the past but it almost moves in waves of severity up and down my legs and feet as it is as I'm am writing this. It rwally sucks sometimes. I feel for ya, I really do. 😕

In my arms, it's a new thing. I'm afraid it may be progressing.
