Other than the hospital this was first time to be away overnight in 3years👍 What a nice trip, my best friend, Hugh let me use his brand New Colorado pickup to chase and see old friends. As mentioned in last post his wife Toni has SRMS and been confined to a wheelchair for the last 6 years. She has a great attitude, never complains. Hugh had two strokes in two days about 6weeks ago and really scared Toni as he is her caregiver. She has struggled four three weeks and is able to transfer herself from wheelchair to toilet 👍👍🤗First in six years 😮 What a blessing 🙏🙏 Hugh has almost completely recovered 🙏 My son drove down and I drove back, 240 miles one way👍👍 I had to push myself thru the weekend with less sleep 😴, so now it’s catch-up time. I am so pleased things went so well 🙏 I do plan on reading all posts, may take a few days, but I’ll get there. Insurance turned down request by doctor for replacement of pain pump and now it’s appeal time again 🤬. It has been in for seven years and is at end of life☹️. Insurance is really being a pain in the a..🤬 Well, so much for me....My prayers are with everyone and hope we all have better health and happiness👍🙏🐾🐩🐕🐶😉 Ken

Welcome home and so glad you had a wonderful time!TY for sharing we live each others pain and joy.Insurance is my remedy for low bloodpressure and says we still have kick and fight in us.Finally find things that help and the answer is no no and no....keep up on it.... Way to go maybe another vacation is in order.Bet the wife and pups were happy to see you like us!

I think my fur babies missed me more than wife...I think it was a nice break for both of us👍🐩 Rozy went on protest and slept in kennel, poor girl missed me so much. 🙏Ken

really sorry about all you have to go through just to stay comfortable enough to carryout living, but I've got to tell you the top of your letter is one wonderful story or actually a few stories of life, courage and friendship. thanks, Ellen
