I don't know where you are but doctor Raymond Sekula UPMC in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania is a specialist on Trigeminal neuralgia he is an angel of Mercy for me SE

He did.a "Glycerol Rhizotomy" instant and complete relief. It did require a general anesthetic. He said that if not done correctly the patient gets "Bell's Palsy"

NO! 😇 Doctor Sekula did a marvelous job. He said it would last anywhere from a month to 10 years. I got 15 months. I am now at 7 months with the second procedure. Dr Sekula says that he can't do it forever. I am 73 years old, who knows how many times I will need it.
