I think this is named in honor of MS! I swear it's my worst month every year. Something about spring takes the spring out of my step! Anyone else regularly have troubles this time of year?

March Madness
Sorry that March & spring does that to you. My only frustration is that I want to do too much and I'm not Wonder Woman anymore. Guess I have to accept my limitations.
Could be Stacy that with spring coming and all the beautiful signs that it is, maybe we tend to try and do more after been so restricted because of the weather, which in turn makes us pay. That's my problem anyway. I can't help but smile at the smell of the tree pollen, the bulbs coming through, I just want to shake off winter and welcome the fresh air of spring, but miss it because the ms puts you in bed for even trying. 🦋 🌈
StacyHayward, it;s Fancy1959. Remember this beast we call MS treats no two people alike. Do you suffer from allergies this time of year? perhaps that is the primary cause or extra burden that makes your MS go haywire.
Personnally, I love this time of year because it allows me to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about heat stress. But as Jimeka pointed out becareful not to do to much, too quick, especially if you have been cooped up all winter. Take care.
Nope, no allergies, thank goodness. I do know several others here in Utah that struggle in the spring so I was curious if it was more common.
That's my biggest problem this time of year...allergies. That and trying to make myself remember that I can't do the things I use to do. Friday evening I helped my son and grandson clean off their mum patch to get ready to set pots and I spent all day yesterday in bed. Not that I cared. I will jump at any chance to help them even in my small way. It lets me be outdoors without feeling guilty about letting my own things go, and of course, I love spending time with them. I think they have finally accepted that I can't do it all and are more patient with me than they once were. Especially my grandson, Ethan.

Spring? What spring? It was 0 degrees windchill here yesterday afternoon! It is good to hear there is spring (and summer) somewhere! And I have only been diagnosed a couple of years, but so far, I have not been effected by the seasons.
I'm so glad to see this, I thought it was just me. I don't normally have this much trouble until the heat of the summer.
