Hi Ryan, it's weird really, but a lot of us are heat sensitive but then the rest seem to be cold sensitive, there doesn't appear to be any set rules. I am pleased that you are finding your ms is better in cooler weather. Enjoy, and I hope everything else is going on ok, blessings Jimeka

Tutu has appointments this week and it's not like the uk half hour drive, we are talking USA appointments, 2.5 to 3 hour drives there and back. As far as I know it is all ok, no doubt she will be back on later, blessings Jimeka

Ryan, you are not alone. I live in FL and when it is too warm, I have to be dropped off right at the door. The handicapped spaces are too far away. If I want to meet a friends for lunch, I pick the restaurants where the spaces are only a few feet away from the door. My husband describes me as a melting ice cream cone.

I have SPMS, too, and heat is NOT my friend. I love going down the frozen food section of the grocery store - life's simple pleasures. :)

I will get physically sick if l get to hot, it's horrible! MS has stolen that from me.😠 I shall find away though! This is one battle that I WILL WIN😈 πŸ˜πŸ˜…

Right now when l get to hot l go on the porch, although it's in the low 50s in NY so doesn't help much πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Hi Sleek78! The heat and humidity are terrible and really makes everything a lot more challenging. Those cooling vests and ice packs tend to help.

The cold is my friend also. The heat and humidity is like the bully or that person you just don't want to be around.

I can not handle the heat either , I lived in Florida for 9 yrs and stayed indoors a lot.

Back in Maine now I much prefer the cold over heat. I still stay in on hot summer days.
