Is it to early to decorate for Halloween? And yes l will be 51 on the 10th but Halloween and Christmas Eve are my favorite holidays lol
Hmmm: Is it to early to decorate for... - My MSAA Community
Hmmm
My neighborhood is in full swing. Get those decorations up and inspire your neighbors.
Jesmcd2 if you're feeling up to it, why not. You also get to enjoy it longer.π
Go for it! Never to early. Halloween and Christmas are my favorites too. If I can find the energy, my Halloween decor will go up today.
Hi Jesmcd2, if you enjoy Halloween, go ahead and decorate. There are no hard and fast rules, so have fun, send us a picture, Cheers Jimeka
Never too early to celebrate a holiday! Love this time of year!
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays for so many reasons!! I would celebrate all year ifI could
Last year I dressed up as Abby from CSI, it really made me happy creating my costume, people didn't even recognize me at first
Political/election signs are going up in my neighborhood. I'd rather see Halloween decorations π»
Ugh by the time l was going to put them up, it started pouring cats and dogs outside Maybe today, although they are calling for rain again grrr lol
Never to early!
Jesmcd2, i'm wishing you a happy 51 birthday! Go girl! I love Christmas the best now, but when my boys were little we used to go all out for Halloween using family themes for the costumes I made. And I was no seamstress! I would dress up with them. We went as the; Monsters one year, Toy story another, Scary goons another, knights another. Wow, those were the times! You decorate whenever you want to!
Thank you very much Fancy1959 and that sounds like having halloween costumes like that. I remember making the girl's costumes a few times. I only dress up my dog now He's a black lab and going to be a devil with a headband and cape. and a glow stick ( in case he gets out ) The kids love it So he's in training now lolol
I dressed up Chihuahua / Terrier / we don't know mix last year. She was the cutest little witch you ever saw! She wasn't very happy about it but she sure was adorable. I'm still uncertain what to dress het up as this year. I still have a couple weeks think about it. So kids don't really get to see because we've been helping the country have any trick or treaters. So i will probably take her on errands with me on October 30th and 31st just to have fun with her!. Take care and Happy Halloweening!
I don't think so -- it's early October and the stores by me (AZ) are already breaking out Christmas. Trying to get every cent they can.
Christmas is my favorite holiday too but it drives my friends nuts. I tend to leave the tree and decorations up way too long. I have a friend who decided to take the other stuff down but leave the tree up. She redecorated it for the spring and now for the fall. It looks good and makes her happy, so who cares ? I'm with her.
Besides I'm in AZ so the seasons are basically Not Hell and then Hell, and that lasts almost half a year.
Anyhow go for it and tell us how you made out, or send a picture.
- Pat
Hey Jesmcd2, how did those Halloween decorations turn out? I wish you could put a picture up so we all can see it.
On a secondary note the silly message system link is still not working. I had hoped it would be so you could send me some pictures if you could make them load of your Halloween stuff. But we still can't speak back and forth on the new message system. Let me know if you come up then he had his if you understand what will fix it. Thanks MSFighter.
