These are unprecedented times – the future is scary enough without having Degenerative Cervical Myelopathy to contend with on top. So do pop by if you need some moral support.
If you find yourself struggling to cope with the current situation – do not be afraid to reach out to your GP or family doctor to tell them how you feel.
