Has anyone else with skin problems tried milk thistle?

I used it regularly for about a month(for Rosacea)and had a great result. Then I got lazy about using it and my skin became troublesome again so Im back taking it. Just wondered if anyone else had good results.

Hi Tuppy, I tried it some years ago to help with eczema and Sweet's syndrome. It had absolutely no effect. x

Hi Tuppy,

Everyone really is different in regards to what works for their own particular skin condition. Alongside conservative treatments, I've found oily fish incredibly beneficial. A couple of portions of oily fish a week makes a significant difference to both my eczema and Sweet's.

I hope the milk thistle continues to work for you.

hi Shell 567 Ive only just found your 2nd reply. I cant have oily fish being a vegetarian, but Im glad that it works for you. I find that stress seems to be the major trigger for my Rosacea- so I aim to keep calm and continue the milk thistle! thanks again for replying x
