Hi, I have recently developed a solitary flesh coloured papule on my cheek.

At first i was worried it could be a wart, but it is neither lumpy or scaly, It has gradually grown in size over the past few weeks to around 3mm, it does not have a stalk, so i don't think this is a skin tag, any ideas what this could be?

You really need to see your doctor. It could be something as simple as a harmless cyst or the enlargement of a grease-producing gland which can be easily removed. However, it's best to get it checked out.
