Thoughts on what this may be?

These spots appeared on my arms, legs, chest, and lower neck a couple of weeks ago. It started as a few patches on my arms (I believe I first saw a large one) and gradually spread throughout my body. I also have dry skin, so I wondered if that may be the case.

It doesn't itch and it is flaky - I couldn't help but peel some of larger patches them : /

If this doesn't clear up in the next few weeks or so, I think I'm gonna head to the dermatologist.

In this picture, they appear to be red, but some are brown and the circles are more visible. Also, some of the patches have faded and appear to be lighter in color.

I think your best bet is dermatology appointment as from the photos it's a bit hard to say.
