Hi. I’m curious how you felt going off Nardil? My BF is struggling right now doing the same and I would like to provide support. I don’t think his doctor is giving him anything for the withdraw symptoms. Thanks

He gave me compounded phenerghan to rub on my wrist if I was nauseated, he also had me take Klonopin. He stopped me cold, no tapering, nothing. I took 30 mg ( 2 -15mg) for many years. I was so scared. He consulted with pharmacists and they agreed going off cold turkey I would be fine. They were right. I took the .5 Klonopin during the day(1) and at night 2. Used the phenerghan 1 time and he also had me take Prilosec for indigestion. After 7 days he started me on 5 mg of Lexapro because I am very sensitive to meds. After another week up to 10 mg and for the past few months 20 mg. I feel great and so happy to be off of Nardil. I had read all the side effects coming off of it, but none of them happened. Good luck!
