1.5 months with this on my neck

I thought this was acne but now I am not so sure because it’s been 1.5 months and it hasn’t gotten better. I know it looks like a pimple but I can feel a few pea sized lumps under the skin too behind it and beside it.

It looks like rash from poison ivy.

Hmm I haven't been out anywhere that I could have touched any poison ivy. It's only those 3 red lumps, hasn't spread anywhere else and i think poison ivy usually spreads? (Down below the lumps my skin is a bit red but only because i had just washed my face and its always a little red after washing)

The pea sized lumps under the skin that I can feel around the area i think are swollen lymph nodes too which is strange. they are in behind the red sores, i can feel hard lumps that i can move.

I think you should get yourself a GP appointment as any swollen lymph nodes are a sign that your body is trying to deal with an infection.
