Hey all! Hope you’re well. I was just wondering if anyone could help. Eczema runs in the family along with asthma and allergies. I already have really bad hay fever and take prescribed tablets for that when the season hits, but we’re currently on lock down because of corona, and all I’ve done is walked the dog to get some exercise. This red rash bumpy thing started on my face, was only on one side then went to the other and it’s mostly on my cheeks, nose and chin, but it has gone across the lower part of my legs and arms, which made me think it was a rash. But my face is red hot sometimes, dry, itchy and feels cracked. The rest of my body doesn’t feel bad it’s my face that’s the main issue. Obviously this isn’t an emergency given what’s happening, so I don’t want to call the GP up, will a pharmacy be able to help me at all in the mean time or give me more advice on what to do???
Also if anyone has any ways to help out please to suggest!!! I’m trying to find a good face wash that’s not harsh and will be good for my skin, or if I should use face mask, make up, what can and I can’t do sort of thing??
My mum has some really long word skin condition with a P which is not helpful at all, but that’s got to do with her personally, my sister has really sensitive skin, my nephew has eczema, I just find it weird how it’s happened now and whether or not it’s something I need to get checked out. My skin has been fine my whole life and I’ve only even had a reaction to a poisonous plant we didn’t know we had in the garden and I get heat rash at times, other than that I’ve never had any issues.
