Does intone know what this is? It hurts when I lend my knee and touch it

It looks like a boil, red angry and pus filled. Have a look on NHS Inform site as it often has useful self help.

Have a word with your pharmacist they may suggest ointment or GP/Nurse, it hurts because you are stretching the skin when bending your knee,

Infection or ulcer perhaps. I would try Betadine if you're not allergic and I would bathe with salty water regularly and pat entirely dry, air dry, then Betadine again. Otherwise get to a Dr and see to it further so it doesn't go in further or spread. You should see improvement quickly from my suggestions or go and get something stronger.
