For about a month on and off my two big toes have been extremely itchy. If I keep scratching long enough I get this two dots that start to bleed.
I also have developed a red/dry skin patch on my leg.
I am type 2 diabetic and take metformin for it.

Could be, but could be a type of eczema. Would be worth seeing your GP about.
