I have had this since birth and was always running back and forth to get creams etc. Only as I got older was I sent to the dermatologist who made me do light treatment. A couple of years back she actually put me in immuno suppressants and they helped but they affected my kidneys.
Has anyone ever been on ones that actually dont affect kidneys? I was on ciclosporin but want to try new ones

Hi Annimay, I don't think this is the wrong part of HL, it's My Skin!
The new Exchange, National Eczema Society magazine has a good article on the new biologic treatments and their use as they have recently become licensed for use in the UK. Your dermatologist will be able to consider this as you have already tried an immunosuppressant drug and had problems with it. Good luck with finding a solution, I am still on the emollient/corticosteroid route having also had eczema since being a baby, now approaching retiral!
