Discoid ezcema suffer

Hi is any else suffering from discoid ezcema has any one found a natrual treatment that works I've been given a very strong steroid cream but reluctant to use it ?

Regrettably I haven't found anything natural that works. Some people on this forum have recommended Arquebuse water but I haven't tried it. You might find a link to the website if you scroll through older posts on the forum as it has been mentioned a few times, mainly for psoriasis I think?

Try taking evening primrose oil tablets. Dry skin can be caused by lacking the means for the body to produce skin oil. Other things to try is vitamin B complex with the evening primrose oil.

This may or may not help. Try it for a month and see if it is helpful or not.

Aveeno cream. It's amazing. Used it four times a day and within a week my discoid eczema had gone. I use it all the time now after shower or bath and the eczema has not come back.

Hi. Have you heard of Ganoderma Lucidum? It's a Reishi Mushroom used for Chinese medicines. I don't suffer with Ezcema, but I've started drinking the mushroom infused into a coffee and it tastes brilliant and makes me feel really good. There's testimonials from people who have suffered with Ezcema and after taking the Ganoderma in Pill or Coffee format they've found it helped. Google the mushroom.
