Does it itch ? Is it sore ? Is it dry skin on it or a bite Mark ?
No, it doesn't itch, nor is it sore. I'm not sure if its on dry skin, but it's on my calf.
Hmmm strange then, can't be spot with poison or it would itch. I would just keep an eye on it & look for any change in size or colour etc. & show GP next time you go if it doesn't go on its own. May possibly be a hair follicle which sometimes tend to get a bit red & raised like a spot.
Just have to keep a check on it Joe

If it's soft it may be Molluscum which is contagious. If it's hard, it may be an in-growing hair.
