azathioprine together with MTX, Sulfasalazine etc

has anyone here been prescribed a mixture of DMARDs including azathioprine and some other DMARD such as Methatrexate, Sulfasalazine etc? i would appreciate it if you get in touch. Thanks.

Until last January I was having 25ml Methotrexate injections once a week, along with 10mg Leflunomide tablet every day. Years before that whilst on NSAIDS I also took Sulfasalazine.
