How Do I Know If I’m Asking For Reassurance? *Video*

Reassurance asking is pretty common. We’ve asked for it our whole life. When it comes to OCD, it can be detrimental to the individual. It can keep them trapped in the OCD cycle. I want to teach you how to recognize if you’re asking for reassurance and what to do about it.

I don't know, but I kinda wanna say (add?) that part of it is *not knowing for certain* whether or not it actually is reassurance-seeking.

I remember that I used to work with this great ERP therapist, and we (actually, yes) ended up looping in on stuff like "how do I know for certain this is OCD". Which was a little bit sucky xD
