Best Medication

Please can anyone tell me what's the best medication for Fibromyalgia? I am on Gabapentin and co-codamol 30/500 x4 times a day but suffer from massive brain fog! I need to wrk as I'm self employed as a nail tech h but it is now affecting my job ! My client thought I had rpilepsy cos I'd fallen asleep momentarily! It is really getting f me down now!

Hi I'm currently on Naproxen and Sertraline with paracetamols 2 x 500 three times daily. When the pain is on steroid I need to draw for the big guns Amitriptyline.

i used to be on gabapentin a large amount. I was a walking zombie! Could fall asleep anywhere. I’m now taking Zoloft and Wellbutrin. I can’t say they really help with the pain but has gotten my depression under control.

I, too, am on Zoloft and have been for over 30 yrs. Works great for my manic/depression. Zoloft is a SSRI. The antidepressant s prescribed for fibro are SNRIs. I tried to take both Zoloft 50 mg and amitriptyline 4 mg. While the amitriptyline did take the edge off the pain, I had to double my Zoloft and still didn't feel quite right. So no SNRIs for me. I don't get relief from Gaga penguin either. My doc wanted to put me on LDN, but Medicare won't cover it.
