Winter pain

Hi.Its my first winter with fibro and now the days are getting colder my pain stiffness seems to be getting a lot worse is this normal. Also suffering terrible ear ache which i have never had in my life.

Brain fog is worse than ever . Seem to be

Sleeping for 11-12 hours and still yawning all day.

Doctors pit up my medication but still not helping.

Anything i else i can try I've only been suffering since Feb so any help

Hi. I bought heated mattress pad couple months back. It is basically the same idea as heated blankets. I have less pain because the warmth of bed gives me relief from fibromyalgia pain. Hope this helps. Take care .

Hot Epsom salts baths help me a lot .

Thanks for the suggestion. But since moving 3 years ago only got a shower really do miss a bath although i could try them out at my sons.
