Hi.

I’m 33 and male.

Around 4 months ago, I started getting tingly hands, higher fatigue levels then normal, aches in legs when walking up and down stairs, heavy arms sometimes.

I had a blood test and basically all come back ok other than low vitamin D.

I need to generally change diet and lifestyle recently neck and shoulder pain, shooting pains in arms and hands. My hips hurt when pressed, forearms hurt when pressed, neck etc you get idea…

Very tired a lot of time.

Do you think it could be Fibro?

Fibromyalgia is a label for chronic "pain and weird symptoms" all over the body when all the tests come back negative, and a diagnosis of fibromyalgia really means we can't find a reason for your pain. Fibromyalgia literally means connective tissue and muscle pain, which is very apt based on my 40 odd years of symptoms.

How I explain the symptoms of fibro:

And how I stared to heal by learning to use my body better:

I'm more than happy to answer questions etc.
