Have you tried any natural alternatives to help you? Also, something that works well for me is ZzQuil... It knocks me out and usually keeps me out. And try to go to sleep without anything on your mind. Read a book to get yourself nice and sleepy. Keep all electronics out of your room including your phone, etc... That may help!
Hi Sloth1234
I can only suggest what they tell you is 'sleep hygiene', make sure the temperature is right, have a window open for air flow, make sure there is no light bleed from anywhere, If you have something on your mind, jot it down and tell yourself "I will deal with that tomorrow", cutting out as much noise bleed as you can; along with what Ladybug9 suggests.
You could also try sleeping with a pillow between your knees, if you are a side sleeper like me; this can assist with pressure points(knees/hips), an Epsom Salt soak before bed can be pain easing and relaxing, I also use essential oils.
I hope your symptoms ease sooner rather than later, remember and be kind to yourself.
Stay safe, keep well & be strong.
