Hey guys I'm new here just on the last day of a 5 day stretch in work, the most days I've worked consecutively in a long time. I'm feeling broken from head to toe. Looking forward to a big rest day tomorrow while I know most people will be returning to work after the xmas break. How do you all reset yourselves after a hard week? If I can get out of bed I'd love to hit a hydro pool failing that I'll spray myself down with magnesium oil do some yoga and watch a butt load of Netflix
