My tumour has not grown since last October, the oncologist showed me my Xray & it has remained exactly the same size.
Now for some shrinkage I hope!! All done by diet and complementary therapies. Spinach & beetroot are beacons of my diet!

That's great news. How do you take your beetroot and spinach? And which therapies have you focussed on and how often?
Regular therapy is expensive so our local support group has a list of therapists who offer us special rates (£20/25 per hour) and subsidise costs for those on low incomes.
I get most of my therapies fairly cheaply & some free. I am fortunate in that. Shiatsu once a month. Cranio Sacral once a week. I do qigong & yoga & homoeopathy
There is a local Wessex cancer centre where they give free treatments I believe.I phoned the Penny Brohn centre before I went for my 2 day stay & they were very helpful in telling me about free complementary treatments. I found the stay focussed me on the importance of caring for myself & Radical Remission a book that somebody on this page recommended to me has been important to me. Nothing else matters but getting well & my partner understands this & supports me as much as she can.

So, so pleased for you!! Well done!!!
You could add some broccoli and turmeric to try to get rid of it
but very well done!! Sue
I OD'd on Turmeric this morning now have agent orange mouth. Also a lot of Spinach yesterday but have not given up dairy so Muesli with flax, milled linseed & gojiberries & milled flax all topped off with blueberries.
whew! I also juiced celery with garlic yesterday so am busy busy - fortunately I live alone during the week so indulge in overkill. Also have pinches of Bicarb in water a couple of times a day.I have the time to do all this as I only have myself to care for & realise that with a family it would be far more difficult.I am off to Yoga at
10.30 so must wash my face!! Thanks for your comment!
I think you are right to recognise not everyone can take this intense approach, it may be difficult with children and family or other personal commitments. Some people could not physically manage all the planning/shopping/activity involved or nausea/general un-wellness might prevent it. Could juicing, veg prep etc be a way friends can help? During my first treatment 5+ years ago, I had a "soup dragon" who made veg soup for me every week for months, providing at least three meals I didn't have to prepare.
For me, the time and energy involved in what you do would seriously impair my quality of life, we all need to find what works for us and sharing these suggestions is very helpful.
I've just finished my porridge/blueberries/grapes/walnuts with natural yoghurt so am set up for the day. Our support group has a Look Good Feel Better Masterclass this morning we're setting up for and also have a stand at a local county Cancer Patients Group so more fantastic people to meet. Have a good weekend.
You are quite right & I do realise that if I had a family it would be impossible to indulge myself in the amount of attention I
devote to my tumour & me! I must point out that thus far I have NO symptoms of cancer & also that I can afford to have various therapies. I feel that the advent of cancer has given me new focus & should my approach go horribly wrong I shall have lost nothing & will succumb to the doctors! For now I am regarding my cancer as an adventure.....I am not sure if there is a support group in my area I will investigate.
Well done. Keep at it you are on the right road. Good luck xx
Thanks!
Brilliant news, keep up the good work xx
