RTT is rapid tranformation therapy -google on youtube Marisa Peer. You are put under hypnosis. Find an accredited therapist. It is expensive.

I try to live a full and active life.

Daily qigong and nasal breathing are some of the things I do.

It is important to have a positive outlook on life. You have this condition but you can still do things.

AI will speed up things I hope.

Can I ask what dosage? I’m taking 500 mg at bedtime for a sleep/nerve aid along with multiple other supplements. It helps me stay asleep. Also taking Phosphatidyl Choline to stop nightmares. Works amazingly. Thanks, Linda

I take 2 x 4000 g Lions Mane daily. I do no take anything for sleep.
